Good accommodation, friendly hotel, balconies all with nice views.
We were led to believe that we were a few minutes to town, in fact it was a good fifteen minutes bus ride.
Stayed here on Feb. 25 as a stopover and were pleasantly surprised. Hotel design is unique, elegant and beautiful. Loved it! Great courtyard w inviting pool. Short walk from beach and marina. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Fridge came in handy for cold drinks. Private parking for small fee as well as safe street parking for no charge. Good breakfast.
Hotel Restaurant doesn't open until 8:30pm for diner. But that seems to be the norm throughout Spain. Your only options before that are few snack shops across the street or a Burger King a short walk away.
The hotel was quite stylish, the room was nice and practical. Staff in the hotel was kind, spoke good English and gave important information about Alicante.
The hotel was very close to the beaches and situated in a quiet residential area. The staff, on the whole, were friendly.
The hotel was smart but looking a bit dowdy and in need of modernisation. Staff are friendly but very little English is spoken. The location is too far out of town for most holiday makers.
Staff were very helpful good value dinner, and rooms were very good.
The stikkies of the place, out of city remoer
The beach was not very beautifull
We were left completely alone for the entire week, which is perfect service. Everything was exactly as it should have been, we had no need to ask for anything and were never asked if we wanted anything. Perfect. The empty mini-bar , which we used as a fridge, was excellent.
Dinner in hotel was a huge and excellent. Compared to other hotels, this hotel was really nice and romantic. To the castle and to the beach you can get to a bus no.22, it´s about 10 minutes only. The beach S.Juan is sandy, huge, clean and very beautiful.
By my husband the room was a bit small, I think not.
Friendly staff, quiet at night, intimate feeling given its small size.
Breakfast could be improved with more variety. Bathrooms doors also need some maintenance work.
nice recepcion staff, clean room, near sea
english know only reception, and bar staff and restavrant staff they dont know english...so i think its not good...very small room
nice balcony with view of the ocean and the castle of Alicante.
location of hotel is not that easy than we expected by public transportation so we walked a lot under the sun but who has car may have better impression. the room was not that clean and some bad small during the night...probably from the bathroom.
The staff of the hotel is really kind, competent and available. The rooms are clean and the hotel structure and position is really good (quite next to the beach and at only 10minutes by bus to alicante beaches...the bus stop is in front of the hotel). Also the restaurant in the hotel is good. I recommend it, it's one of the best hotel structures in Alicante.
From the photos the hotel seems to be much near to tha beah than really is.
The proximity to everything, the hotel was located between Alicante downtown and the San Juan Beach. The bus went off the hotel. Within walking distance you have restaurants, cafe, farmacia and shops where you can buy water and other foodstuff. Very friendly and helpful service staff. Good environment. Good to know: most of Alicante residents do not speak English. I strongly recommend this hotel!!!
There was very little information in English, even the hotel restaurant menu was in Spanish. (No info regardig discount card on buses)
Was away from centre of Alicante and had lovely beaches not far away. Nice small pool, all rooms had a fair size balcony. Good value for money.
No kettle in rooms and no english tv channels.
